SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP An irresistible blend of spinach, artichoke hearts, in a rich parmesan cream sauce, topped with melted provolone and served with warm pita bread.

MUNCHEN WINGS   A generous portion of wings tossed in our traditional red pepper sauce served with a side of roasted garlic dressing and celery sticks to cool the palette. 

ALEMANN'S PLATTERS  Grilled Cajun Andouille and Bavarian bratwurst accompanied with homemade pickled vegetables, two house mustards and an assortment of several different cheeses. 

HUMMUS SPREAD   Tahini hummus served with a chili garlic sauce, rounds of cucumber kalamata olives and warm pita bread. 

NACHOS   Tri-colored tortillas topped with spicy black beans, cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses, southwestern chorizo sausage, tomatoes, black olives and jalapenos. Add guacamole or sour cream for 25¢ or both for 50¢. 

SALMON CAKES   A trio of breaded salmon cakes sautéed and served with a Dijon sauce and our Creole tartar.

CALAMARI FRITI   Squid battered in masa harina, lightly fried and served with a sweet chili dipping sauce.

PUB CHIPS   A large bowl of spicy homemade potato chips.

THE GREEK    Fresh baby spinach, black olives, red onions, mushrooms, roma tomatoes, and melted mozzarella, provolone and Greek Feta cheese. 

THE SOUTHWEST     Inspired by the heat that can only be found in the southwest, this pizza contains our own homemade southwestern style chicken sausage, slow cooked black beans, ancho chile paste, and topped with smoked cheddar and pepper jack cheeses. 

THE ROMA     Fresh roma tomatoes, roasted garlic spread, chiffonade of fresh basil and a light amount of melted mozzarella and provolone cheeses. 

PESTO, BRIE AND WILD MUSHROOM PIZZA    Assorted wild mushrooms sautéed with garlic, red onion, fresh basil pesto and topped with melted mozzarella, provolone, imported brie, and parmesan cheese. 

THE CLASSIC     Spicy Italian sausage coupled with thin sliced pepperoni, marinara sauce, and topped with melted mozzarella, provolone and aged parmesan cheese. 

CURRIED THAI SHRIMP PIZZA     An exotic curry peanut sauce topped with diced sweet red peppers, red onions, shrimp, bean sprouts, and melted mozzarella and provolone cheese.





HOUSE, SPINACH OR BABY CAESAR SALAD   Choose from Roasted Garlic, Lite Italian, Creamy Lime Cilantro, Balsamic Vinaigrette, Raspberry-Walnut Vinaigrette, Honey Mustard, or Blue Tomato Cheese Dressings. 

CAESAR SALAD    Crisp hearts of romaine tossed with Italian focaccia cubes in our tangy Caesar dressing, then lightly dusted with freshly grated aged parmesan and cracked black pepper. 

PACIFIC RIM SALAD    Grilled, curry marinated chicken breast served over fresh greens with roasted red peppers, bean sprouts, crispy fried won ton, red onion, cucumber and water chestnuts tossed in our creamy lime cilantro dressing. 

FRIED CHICKEN and TORN SPINACH COBB SALAD   Strips of buttermilk battered chicken served atop a bed of baby spinach tossed with tri-colored totini pasta, roma tomatoes, cucumber slices, shredded mozzarella and provolone cheeses in our house roasted garlic ranch dressing. 

CHOP SALAD     Crisp iceberg lettuce paired up with baked chicken, smoke bacon, diced tomatoes, red onions, and kalamata olives all tossed in our creamy blue cheese vinaigrette. 

STRUDEL and BABY GREENS SALAD     Golden brown, oven baked vegetable strudel filled with baby spinach, wild mushrooms, roasted red peppers, and a blend of mozzarella and provolone cheeses served on a baby greens salad tossed in a balsamic vinaigrette. 

WHEN YEAST MEETS WEST     One half of any salad above (not including the Strudel) paired with soup served in our spent grain bread bowl. 

All sandwiches are served with your choice of french fries, pub chips, cole slaw or black beans.

EGGPLANT PORTOBELLO SANDWICH    Grilled, garden fresh Japanese eggplant and giant protobello mushroom topped with roasted red peppers, basil chiffonade, marinara, and topped with melted mozzarella and provolone cheese served on toasted focaccia bread. 

SEVEN GRAIN, FOUR CHEESE, BACON, TURKEY CLUB    A blend of Monterey Jack, provolone, Wisconsin cheddar, and mozzarella with smoked turkey, lettuce, tomato, turkey bacon, and mayonnaise on toasted seven grain honey wheat bread. 

GARDEN BURGER     Mushrooms and a selection of various grains make up this vegetarian delight served on a grilled wheat bun with your choice of cheese and garnished with lettuce, tomato, red onion, and a dill pickle spear. 

MT. REUBEN     Thin slices of savory slow cooked corned beef and sauerkraut layered onto light and dark rye with melted Swiss cheese and our own special sauce. 

CREOLE FRIED SHRIMP PO'BOY     French baguette filled with 75th Street beer battered shrimp, lettuce, tomato, sliced red onion, pepper jack cheese and smothered with a chili garlic mayonnaise. 

STOCKYARD BURGER     A fresh half pound burger grilled as you like it with your choice of cheese on a toasted wheat bun and garnished with lettuce, tomato, red onion, and pickle spear.

All Pasta and Brewpub Favorites may come with your choice of side salad or cup of soup for an additional $1.00. Salads include House, Spinach, and Baby Caesar.

SHELL PASTA AND CHORIZO    Spicy Mexican sausage tossed in a roasted red pepper cream sauce with mozzarella cheese, shell pasta and garnished with chopped cilantro. 

SPAGHETTI CARBONARA     Smoked ham and snow peas tossed in a very rich, aged parmesan cream sauce with extra long spaghetti. 

VEGETABLE LO MEIN      An assortment of fresh Asian vegetables tossed in a spicy teriyaki sauce and Chinese egg noodles. 

WALDO'S CHICKEN PUB PIE     Tender chucks of chicken, green peas, artichoke hearts and other assorted vegetables, mixed in a cream sauce with fresh herbs and delicately covered in a flaky pastry dough. Served with harvester’s rice. 

FISH  and CHIPS      Tender portions of whitefish, beer battered and served with steak fries, malt vinegar and Creole tartar sauce. 

BAYOU BEANS     A southern staple, spicy red beans with Tasso ham, grilled andouille sausage, dirty rice, and jalapeno corn bread. 

FOUNTAIN CITY CHICKEN     Chicken Boldly flavored Cajun spiced char-broiled boneless breast of chicken served on a bed of harvester’s rice, smothered in a spicy white wine butter sauce, accompanied by black beans and fresh market vegetables. 

CITRUS CHICKEN     A grilled, boneless chicken breast lazed with fresh citrus, served over orzo pasta accompanied by fresh vegetables.

GRILLED SALMON    Grilled North Atlantic salmon served over risotto with seasonal vegetables.

KC STRIP AU POIVRE    Peppered 18 oz. bone in strip steak char-boiled, and served with vegetables du jour and roasted garlic mash potatoes topped with pesto gravy.
